WE STOOD TOGETHER IN COMBAT.
WE STAND TOGETHER NOW.
YOU WERE NEVER ALONE.

WE ENVISION A FUTURE WHERE EVERY SOF FAMILY THRIVES IN A RESILIENT, EMPOWERED, AND CONNECTED COMMUNITY – UNITED IN HEALING, GROWTH, AND PURPOSE.

OUR MISSION

At All Secure Foundation, we believe healing doesn't happen alone, it's a team effort.

We serve the warriors who’ve given everything, and the families who’ve held the line at home also sacrificing body, mind and spirit. Whether on active duty or living life after service, Special Operations warriors and their loved ones often carry the wounds of war: post-traumatic stress, moral injury, and the weight of reintegration.

Our mission is to walk beside warrior families, offering proven tools, deep support, and a safe place to begin again. Through coaching, retreats, and community, we help SOF warrior families rebuild what trauma tried to tear apart: purpose, connection, and the strength to thrive, together.

WHY WE EXIST:
THE PROBLEM WE'RE SOLVING

FOR SOF WARRIORS AND THEIR FAMILIES, THE BATTLE DOESNT END WITH DEPLOYMENT - IT FOLLOWS THEM HOME

DIVORCE RATES IN THE SOF COMMUNITY ARE AMONGST THE HIGHEST IN THE MILITARY

89% OF WARFIGHTERS WHO DIE BY SUICIDE EXPERIENCE A FAMILY DISTURBANCE BEFOREHAND.

SPOUSES AND CHILDREN BEAR THE WEIGHT OF SECONDARY PTS, OFTEN WITH LITTLE SUPPORT

TRADITIONAL MENTAL HEALTH SOLUTIONS OFTEN FAIL TO ACKNOWLEDGE THE UNIQUE NEEDS OF SOF WARRIORS AND FAMILIES. THE STIGMA SURROUNDING THERAPY, A CULTURE OF SELF-RELIANCE, AND DISJOINTED RESOURCES LEAVE MANY STRUGGLING IN SILENCE, DISCONNECTED FROM THE LIFE THEY FOUGHT TO PROTECT.

ASF WAS FOUNDED TO CHANGE THAT NARRATIVE

OFFERING A FAMILY FIRST, STRENGTHS-BASED APPROACH THAT DOESN'T JUST TREAT SYMPTOMS BUT RESTORES LIVES

MIssion

OUR APPROACH:
WHAT MAKES ASF DIFFERENT?

UNLIKE TRADITIONAL CLINICAL MODELS, ASF REPLACES OUTDATED, DISEMPOWERING NARRATIVES WITH A STRENGTHS-BASED APPROACH.

ONE THAT MEETS WARRIORS AND FAMILIES WHERE THEY ARE, AND PROVIDES THE TOOLS, RESOURCES AND COMMUNITY THEY NEED TO RECLAIM THEIR LIVES

COACHING-DRIVEN HEALING

ASF’s coaching model empowers warriors and families to navigate their own healing journey.

This approach focuses on awareness, self-regulation, and purpose rather than just symptom management.

COMMUNITY OVER ISOLATION

Healing doesn’t happen alone. ASF fosters deep, lasting connections through:

Peer support networks
Family mentorship programs
Retreats & workshops designed for SOF couples and individuals

A HOLISTIC WHOLE FAMILY APPROACH

Warriors cannot heal in isolation, and families cannot be left behind. ASF’s programs recognize that trauma, reintegration, and identity loss impact the entire family unit—which is why we provide resources, coaching, and support for both the warfighter and their loved ones.

OUR FOUNDERS: LEADERSHIP WITH LIVED EXPERIENCE

ASF ISN'T JUST ANOTHER SOF WARRIOR NON-PROFIT
IT'S LED BY THOSE WHO'VE LIVED IT

"We started All Secure Foundation because we know what it feels like to stand at the razor’s edge—lost, hopeless, and struggling to find a way forward. Special Operations warriors and their families have sacrificed so much, yet too often, they suffer in silence. It is an honor to serve this community, to walk beside them in healing, and to help flip the light switch for those who feel trapped in the dark."

TOM SATTERLY

CO- FOUNDER, DELTA FORCE CSM (RET)

Tom Satterly is a highly decorated combat veteran and a legendary leader in the U.S. military’s most elite Tier One unit, Delta Force. Over a 25-year career—20 of which were spent at the pinnacle of special operations—Tom played a pivotal role in some of America’s most critical military campaigns, including the infamous Battle of Mogadishu, depicted in the Oscar-winning film Black Hawk Down, and the capture of Saddam Hussein. His battlefield accomplishments earned him numerous accolades, including a Silver Star and four Bronze Stars (one for valor). Yet, despite his unparalleled service record, Tom faced an invisible war at home. The weight of post-traumatic stress nearly cost him his life—an experience that ignited his most important mission yet: ensuring that no warrior or family suffers in silence. As the Co-Founder and CEO of All Secure Foundation, Tom now dedicates his life to helping Special Operations Forces (SOF) warriors and their families heal, reconnect, and rebuild. Alongside his wife and partner, Jen, he has transformed ASF into a nationally recognized nonprofit, providing cutting-edge programs, coaching, and community support to thousands of combat families. Tom’s raw, unfiltered approach to mental health advocacy has saved lives. His best-selling book, All Secure: A Special Operations Soldier’s Fight to Survive on the Battlefield and the Homefront, offers an intimate look at the unseen costs of war and the road to healing. His leadership—both on and off the battlefield—stands as a testament to resilience, transformation, and the power of community. At All Secure Foundation, Tom continues his mission, proving that no warrior fights alone—not anymore.

JEN SATTERLY

CO-FOUNDER & CEO, ALL SECURE FOUNDATION

Jen Satterly is a fierce advocate for warriors and their families, dedicated to transforming the way Special Operations Forces (SOF) communities heal from the trauma of war. Before co-founding All Secure Foundation, Jen spent 15 years as a filmmaker and photographer, embedding with elite military units, including Navy SEALs, Green Berets, and Army Rangers, during large-scale, high-intensity training missions. Through the lens of her camera, she witnessed firsthand the silent battles these warriors carried home, sparking a relentless pursuit to understand and address the effects of post-traumatic stress (PTS). As she deepened her work within the SOF community, Jen saw the devastating toll of PTS, not just on service members, but on their families as well. Recognizing that spouses and loved ones often suffer from secondary PTS, she stepped out from behind the camera and into the fight for healing. Becoming a certified health and wellness coach, Jen immersed herself in the science of trauma, equipping herself with the tools to help both warriors and their families navigate the path to recovery. Alongside her husband, retired Delta Force Command Sgt. Major Tom Satterly, Jen co-founded All Secure Foundation, a nationally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to helping SOF veterans and their families reconnect, rebuild, and reclaim their lives. Under their leadership, the foundation has provided life-changing resources, coaching, and programs to thousands of combat families, earning recognition as a Top-Rated Nonprofit by Great Nonprofits. In addition to her work with All Secure Foundation, Jen is the founder of Virago, an initiative empowering women on the homefront to navigate the unique challenges of military life and trauma. She is also the co-author of Arsenal of Hope: Tactics for Taking on PTSD, Together (Simon & Schuster, 2020), a powerful guide for families confronting the effects of PTS. Through her unwavering commitment, Jen continues to be a beacon of hope, proving that healing is possible, and no one has to fight their battles alone.

KATIE ETTINGER

CAMP HOMEFRONT + SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR,
ALL SECURE FOUNDATION

Katie is a long time supporter of the veteran community. She began her work in the VA hospital system in 2014, where she volunteered for hospitality cart duty. She pushed a cart with from room to room at VA hospitals in Georgia, Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas, visiting with the patients and listening to their stories. The visits opened her eyes to the state of care our veterans were receiving. Inspired by the stories and

driven to create change, she earned her Bachelors Degree in Psychology with an Emphasis in the Military from Pitt State University in 2018. After working and volunteering with several veteran charities, Katie saw the need for skilled holistic practitioners in the veteran space. She

became an RYT 200 yoga teacher through Hot Asana University where she studied Yin Yoga, Vinyasa, Reiki & Yoga Nidra (guided meditation). After teaching yoga on Ft.Bragg for several years, it became clear that many issues our SOF service members faced were beyond her

scope as a yoga teacher. In January of 2024, Katie became a Licensed Massage and Body Work Therapist in the State of North Carolina (NC#21681). While her work with the veteran community as a healer is ongoing, she is excited to impact the Special Operations Community

through broader avenues as the All Secure Foundation Camp Homefront & Social Media Coordinator.

WHAT "ALL SECURE" MEANS

In the military, “All Secure” is the call that signals safety. Everyone’s accounted for. The chaos has passed, for now.

But for many warriors, the battles don’t end when the mission does. The silence after war can be the loudest fight of all.

At All Secure Foundation, those two words mean something deeper. They are our promise: no one gets left behind, not the warrior, not the spouse, not the children holding it all together.

HEALING IS POSSIBLE

COMMUNITY IS THE NEW FIRETEAM

NO ONE HAS TO CARRY THE WEIGHT ALONE ANYMORE

logo

THE MEANING BEHIND OUR LOGO

The ASF logo is more than a symbol—it’s a statement of resilience and hope. Inspired by a tribal symbol, the design represents:

Overcoming past struggles
Strength in healing and transformation
Optimism for the future

Just as warriors adapt and overcome on the battlefield, the ASF community supports one another in overcoming the battles within, forging a path forward with purpose and connection.
